This policy explains what information Free Ground School collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It will be finalized following legal review.
2. Information we collect
Account details (such as name and email), learning activity (such as answers, progress, and mastery estimates), payment metadata processed by our payment provider, and technical data (such as device and log information).
3. How we use information
To deliver and personalize the adaptive course, operate the AI instructor on your study material, process payments, provide support, maintain security, and improve the Service.
4. Legal bases and consent
Where required, we rely on your consent, contractual necessity, or legitimate interests. Specific bases will be confirmed during legal review.
5. Sharing
We share data with service providers (such as hosting, payment, and analytics) under contract. We do not sell personal information.
6. Data retention
Account data and learning records are retained for the duration of the active subscription plus three (3) years to support guarantee claims, support, fraud prevention, compliance review, and audit requirements. After that period, data is deleted or anonymized unless retention is required for legal, dispute, tax, accounting, security, or legitimate business-record purposes.
7. Your rights and data requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability/export, or limitation of processing of your personal data. Signed-in users can export their data or delete their account directly from Account settings; you may also submit a request through our support channel. Requests are verified and handled within the timeframe required by applicable law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising unless separately disclosed and consented to where required.
Signed-in users can act on these rights immediately: use Account settings to export your data (JSON) or delete your account. For any other request, contact us through Support.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we will describe our practices in detail after review.
9. Age requirement and children
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. Users between 13 and 18 may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
When you create an account you must affirm that you meet this age requirement and, if you are between 13 and 18, that a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use of the Service.
