Proposed — pending legal review

The pass guarantee

Our intent: if you do the work, pass the mock exams, sit the real test, and still don't pass — you get your money back. Here is how we propose it would work.

Not yet an offered guarantee. The terms on this page are a draft proposal. Exact commercial terms, eligibility, thresholds, and windows are pending legal review and are not currently offered or binding. Nothing here promises that you will pass the FAA knowledge test. Do not rely on these terms until they are published as final.

This is a conditional money-back guarantee, not a promise that you will pass. To qualify, you must satisfy all eligibility conditions before taking the FAA knowledge test. Material limitations apply, including completion, remediation, mock-exam score, timing, identity, documentation, and anti-fraud requirements.

Proposed eligibility requirements

A refund guarantee only works if it rewards genuine effort. All of the following would need to be met.

proposed

Complete the required curriculum

Finish all required modules and any remediation the adaptive plan assigns, reaching the mastery threshold on each objective.

proposed

Pass comprehensive mock exams

Score above the passing threshold on at least two full-length comprehensive mock examinations under realistic conditions.

proposed

Take the real test within a window

Sit the official FAA Private Pilot knowledge test within a defined window (for example, a set number of days) after completing the course.

proposed

Submit an authentic failed report

Provide your genuine, unaltered Airman Knowledge Test Report showing a failing score, matching your enrolled identity.

proposed

One claim per purchaser

The guarantee is limited to a single claim per person and per purchase, and is non-transferable.

proposed

No fraud or abuse

Claims involving falsified documents, shared accounts, or attempts to game the eligibility rules are ineligible.

What the guarantee is — and isn't

The proposed guarantee is a conditional refund. It is not a promise that you will pass, and it is not a substitute for study. No ground school can guarantee a passing score on an independent FAA examination.

It also does not change what your certificate is. The course-completion certificate is for internal course-completion purposes only. It does not satisfy the requirements of 14 CFR § 61.35(a)(1), does not constitute an endorsement from an authorized instructor, does not certify that you have accomplished FAA-required ground training or a home-study course, and does not authorize you to take any FAA knowledge test.
