Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy describes when a refund may be available for a purchase of Free Ground School. Pricing is described on the pricing page.

2. Standard refunds

We intend to offer a satisfaction refund window after purchase, subject to conditions that will be defined here. Details are pending legal review.

3. Pass-guarantee refunds

Separately, we are designing a conditional pass-guarantee refund. Its eligibility rules — completing required modules and remediation, passing multiple comprehensive mock exams, sitting the real FAA test within a window, and submitting an authentic failed Airman Knowledge Test Report — are described on the guarantee page. That offering is proposed and not yet binding.

4. No guarantee of passage

A pass-guarantee refund is a conditional refund, not a promise that you will pass any FAA examination.

5. Exclusions

Refunds may be unavailable in cases of fraud, abuse, falsified documentation, or violation of the Terms of Service.

6. How to request a refund

A request process and timelines will be published here. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
